"libero" organisation project

To stimulate intercultural dialogue and exchange performing europe will develop a yearly programme with an art organisation from outside the EU. It will reasearch the potential of collaboration and exchange and will include an artist from that country into the apap programme. Performing Europe will use its communication facilities to ditribute facts about this organisation and will do a presentation of the network in the country of the organisation. Some of the co-organisers will invite cultural worker from the libero organisations to come and observe working methods in their structures.
