NOTES ON THE APAP MEETING IN BERLIN

Politics and economy are not only financers of artists, but also parasites of art. They are parasites because they try to exploit the representative effects of art, the market value of artworks, and many of the approaches developed in the production of art. There are good reasons for that, because the formulations especially of an uncontrolled and freely produced art offer the most direct access to the creative spaces of a culture.
